Tungsten carbide particle hard facing is applied liberally along the shirttail and extended up the leading edge of the bit leg for additional protection in high-speed, directional or abrasive applications.

The inserts are composed of premium tungsten carbide and some other elements, our engineer fine-tuned the compacts to match specific formations and drilling applications.

Sharper compacts and rational cutting structure are better to distribute the load while drilling, enable more footage capability and higher rates of penetration of the bit.
