YSS series electronic single and multi-shot survey system is an instrument mainly applied in drilling measurement.
It is designed to read and output inclination, azimuth, and azimuth of magnetic work surface, azimuth of high-edge work surface, magnetic field intensity and temperature via the micro printer.
The instrument includes the probe-tube, ground device and the down hole assembly.
It is with features of compact structure, light weight and high anti-vibration and is easy to operate. When working down a well, according to the present working mode the primary measurement dates are stored in the memories installed in probe.
When the instrument returns to the surface, computers and other surface instrument will retrieve the data stored in memories and calculate inclination, azimuth, tool face, temperature and so on as required by drilling. Data processing, plotting, and printing can be completed further.
These series inclinometer cover three types below:
YSS-32 is one of the widely applied YSS series electronic single and multi-shot survey system. 1~1945 groups data acquired from sampling points can be stored, sampling periods can be continuously changed from 5 seconds to 18 hours, and waiting time can be set from 1 seconds to 18 hours. This instrument is designed small, convenient, precise and highly reliable.
YSS-25 is the thinnest in outer diameter of probe for YSS series electronic single and multi-shot survey system. Besides that it has all the features of YSS-32 type, it is particullarly suitable to measurement of the locus of small diameter wells.
